The expected starting base salary for this position is $77,944 - $81,416 annually depending on a variety of factors including qualifications and experience. Once hired you will progress through a wider salary range over time as you continue to develop job knowledge, skills and competencies for the role.

What you'll be doing

Working alongside the CRT Program Manager and CRM Project Manager, the PC will assist in planning, executing and monitoring phases of the CRT program. The coordinator will maintain the program schedule, assist in creating Project Governance Process (PGP) documentation, track program expenses and manage RAID logs. Additionally the Coordinator will ensure clear and timely communication of decisions and program updates to all impacted stakeholders, coordinate and facilitate meetings, and prepare regular progress reports and dashboards for the CRT Program Manager and Steering Committee.

Key responsibilities
  • Coordinate project activities and assist the CRT Program Manager in planning, executing and monitoring all phases of the CRT program.
  • Maintain and update the program schedule and project planning in Azure DevOps (ADO).
  • Under the guidance of CRT Program Manager, take part in creating and managing the Project Governance Process (PGP) documentation including project plans, status reports, presentations and other governance documents.
  • Collaborate with CRT Project Managers to ensure project interdependencies are tracked and documented.
  • Support the monitoring and tracking of project expenses, including reconciling invoices to ensure adherence to the allocated budget.
  • Assist in preparing and entering data in budget reports and forecasts for review by the CRT Program Manager and finance team.
  • Use Azure DevOps (ADO) to track and manage all Risks, Actions, Issues and Decisions (RAID).
  • Regularly update RAID logs and ensure timely follow-up all action items.
  • Communicate RAID status and progress to the CRT Program Manager and relevant stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes and distributing action items.
Your education & skills
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration or in a related discipline with a minimum of three (3) years recent related program and project coordination experience in a large complex service organization or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
  • Excellent communication skills with experience presenting, storyboarding and facilitating.
  • Strong understanding of project management processes and methodologies.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and strong writing and documentation skills.
  • Advanced knowledge and experience using project management software such as Microsoft Project and ADO (Azure DevOps) as well as MS Office including but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and demonstrated experience dealing with individuals at all levels in a professional environment.
  • Demonstrated self‑starter and critical thinker with excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong ability to identify issues and develop and analyze solutions to resolve problems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in a similar industry or domain is an asset.
  • PMP or CAPM certification is an asset.
