Salary range: $75,000 - 80,000 CAD per annum

Position Summary:

We're looking for a hands-on, deadline-driven coordinator role to drive execution across a fast-moving patient consent program. You'll spend most of your time in the details: chasing owners, updating trackers, running down blockers, and making sure commitments made in meetings happen on the dates promised. You will also be accountable for tracking and optimizing performance metrics across the program by working with key stakeholders throughout the business on strategies, tactics, implementation, and at times change management.

The Mandate

Two growth lanes and one coordination backbone:

• Lane 1 - In-Clinic Site Visits & Adoption (71 live clinics):increase consent volume and consistency of the consent workflow at clinics already live, through direct site visits, hands-on troubleshooting, staff engagement, patient communication, and marketing strategies.


• Lane 2 - Channel Expansion (in priority order):Direct to Patient Telehealth, Patient Facing Websites, Online Appointment Booking and other Patient Engagement Channels, and Clinic Network Expansion (i.e. WELL's Diagnostic Clinics). Expanding consent capture and coordinating pilots with each platform team in that sequence, then scaling rollout.


• Coordination backbone: act as the end-to-end coordinator across consent capture, data readiness, and activation requirements for various WELL business units - building a single source of truth, keeping owners and dates current, and escalating blockers fast. This is a "High Agency" position for a results-oriented individual.
