Description

As a member of The Power Team at GDLS-C, the Program Subcontracts Coordinator plays a key role in keeping customer deliverables on track and resolving issues through innovative program and project management techniques. With partner sites across Europe, this is an exciting opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in global supply chain management and complex program delivery within an environment that values initiative, teamwork, and results. In joining The Power Team you’ll join a diverse, cross‑functional team of seasoned Program, Engineering, and Subcontracts professionals who are passionate about excellence and continuous improvement.

Job Responsibilities
  • Partner with internal teams to help meet program requirements and milestone goals, engaging regularly with suppliers and the Integrated Project Team.
  • Support subcontract management – from proposal development and negotiations to tracking deliverables and managing contract amendments.
  • Drive effective communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain meeting actions, documentation, and presentations that keep the Program team aligned.
  • Provide day‑to‑day administrative support that keeps everything running smoothly.
Skills/Abilities/Knowledge
  • Post Secondary degree or college diploma, specializing in Supply Chain Management, Business Management or other related fields
  • Experience of working with multiple stakeholders, balancing priorities, and building strong working relationships.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • A proactive, self‑driven mindset – someone who thrives on taking initiative and going above and beyond.
