A community college in Hamilton is seeking a part-time professor for the Auto Body department. The candidate will teach various courses and develop an effective learning environment. With a minimum of five years in the Auto Body trade and a 310B qualification, the successful applicant will create an innovative, inclusive educational experience. This role emphasizes valuing student diversity and equity, while engaging in ongoing educational improvement. Flexibility in teaching methods and effective communication are essential.
Status: Part Time
Hours: Teaching is normally scheduled between 8:00 am and 10:00 pm, Monday – Friday

The Electrical, Transportation & Innovation department of the Mohawk College Marshall School of Skilled Trades and Apprenticeship requires a part-time professor to teach in the Auto Body department in any number of courses and program areas.
Under the direction of the Associate Dean, Professors in this department are responsible for providing academic leadership for developing an effective learning environment.
