Airbus Canada Limited Partnership in Mirabel (Québec, Canada) is seeking an Airframe Stress Engineering Professional to join the Stress Engineering - Cockpit & Fuselage team. You will perform static and fatigue analyses, FEM modelling, and damage tolerance assessments for the airframe.

Qualifications
- University degree in aeronautical or mechanical engineering.
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in airframe integrity substantiation.
- Knowledge of NASGRO is an asset; proficiency in CATIA, NASTRAN, PATRAN and MS Office is preferred.

The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for an Airframe Stress Engineering Professional to join our Stress Engineering - Cockpit & Fuselage team based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada), where you will be part of a specialized group within the engineering team and will support the A220 aircraft program activities.
The team organization is established to promote cross-collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively.
Your role as airframe stress engineering professional will be to perform airframe static, fatigue, Finite Element Modeling and damage tolerance analysis of the fuselage cell.

Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche un professionnel en ingénierie des contraintes pour rejoindre notre équipe Analyse de Contrainte - Cockpit et Fuselage basée à Mirabel (Québec, Canada), où vous ferez partie d’un groupe spécialisé au sein de l’équipe technique et assurerez le soutien des programmes d’avions A220.
L'organisation de l'équipe est établie de manière à promouvoir la collaboration transversale de manière autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement.
Votre rôle en tant que professionnel en ingénierie analyse de contrainte sera d’effectuer des analyses statiques, de fatigue, de la modélisation par éléments finis ainsi que de la tolérance aux dommages de la structure de cellule.

- As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will be working closely with other departments including Liaison, Design, Projects and Airworthiness.

- Vous serez chargé d’effectuer de la modélisation par éléments finis;
- Vous serez chargé d’effectuer des analyses de tolérance aux dommages;
- Vous aurez la responsabilité de rédiger / réviser des rapports de certification;
- Vos tâches pourraient comprendre la coordination avec les partenaires;
- Faisant partie d’une équipe multidisciplinaire, vous aurez à travailler en étroite collaboration avec les groupes de Liaison, de Design, de Projets et de Navigabilité.
- You have a university degree in aeronautical or mechanical engineering;
- You have a minimum of three (3) to six (6) years of relevant experience in airframe integrity substantiation;
- A solid knowledge of NASTRAN, PATRAN, CATIA and MS Office is required;
- Knowledge of NASGRO is an asset;
- Knowledge of Google suite is an asset;
- You must be able to work autonomously and be a good team player;
- A good knowledge of the French and English languages (written and spoken) is required.
- Vous détenez un diplôme universitaire en génie mécanique ou aéronautique;
- Vous comptez au moins de trois (3) à six (6) années d'expérience pertinente dans la qualification de l'intégrité structurale de structures d’aéronefs;
- Une bonne connaissance de NASTRAN, PATRAN, CATIA V5 et MS Office est obligatoire;
- La connaissance de NASGRO est un atout;
- La connaissance de Google Suite est un atout;
- Vous êtes autonome et capable de travailler au sein d’une équipe multidisciplinaire;
- Vous devez pouvoir lire et communiquer en français et en anglais.
