Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche un.e professionnel.le d'innovation digitale et industrielle pour rejoindre notre équipe au sein de la direction de l'ingénierie manufacturière basée à Mirabel (Québec, Canada).

The Digitalization and Industrial Innovation team is responsible for defining and leading the transformation towards an Industry 5.0 for the production of the Airbus A220 and its entire value chain, aiming to produce our aircraft more efficiently, ensuring competitiveness and satisfying customer needs.

Your Challenges:

  • Define the short-medium-long term strategy and the associated roadmap.
  • Define the content, resources (financial and human), planning, risks, and communication.
  • Deploy projects focusing on Data Intelligence: data ingestion, structuring, and tools.
  • Monitor execution, including progress status, budget, and expenditure management (opex and capex).
  • Engage cross-functional teams, communicate, act as a change leader.
  • Develop relevant partnerships with major internal or external stakeholders, including funding opportunities within the ecosystem of startups, federal and provincial institutions, Airbus in Europe, etc., and notably lead projects with CRIAQ, Centech, ADM, and Aéro Montréal/Espace Aéro.

Your Profile:

  • You hold a bachelor's degree in computer engineering, data science, or a related field.
  • You have 5 years of experience in deploying IT solutions projects in the industry.
  • You have one or more experiences in introducing artificial intelligence in an industrial environment (preferably in aeronautics or pharmaceuticals).
  • You have experience in developing and implementing a data management strategy and/or in integrating new technologies in an industry.
  • You demonstrate a high level of leadership and show diplomacy and resilience.
  • You demonstrate an ability to influence and persevere.
  • You are autonomous, organized, and know how to set your priorities.
  • You demonstrate skills in project management.
  • You are able to work with senior management as well as with work teams and keep them engaged.
  • You are an excellent communicator, both orally and in writing, in French and English.
  • You are able to evolve in an environment regularly subject to changes and under high pressure.
  • You are proactive in defining your own objectives.
  • Being recognized as someone who is rigorous is an asset.
