You will deliver exceptional permanent brow services, including microblading and shading & nano brow, while also educating aspiring artists through engaging training sessions. Responsibilities

• Perform professional permanent brow procedures such as microblading, shading, nano and touch-ups with precision and artistry.
• Deliver personalized consultations to understand client preferences, skin type, and desired results.
• Maintain strict sanitation and safety standards throughout all procedures to ensure client health and comfort.
• Educate clients on aftercare routines, product recommendations, and maintenance tips for long-lasting results.
• Conduct product demos and promote retail sales of brow care products, tools, and related beauty items.
• Provide exceptional guest services by creating a warm, friendly atmosphere that encourages repeat visits.
• Lead training sessions for aspiring brow artists, sharing techniques, industry best practices, and fostering skill development.
• Assist at the front desk with scheduling appointments, answering client inquiries, and managing client records efficiently.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a permanent brow artist with a strong portfolio demonstrating microblading, shading, or similar techniques.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse clients.
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety procedures in a cosmetic or medical setting.
• Strong retail sales skills with experience upselling products related to brow care and beauty treatments.
• Ability to manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling, guest check-in/out, and handling inquiries.
• Outstanding communication skills with an energetic attitude that motivates clients and trainees alike.
• Certification in permanent makeup or related fields is preferred; ongoing training is encouraged to stay current with industry trends.
