Job summary

Bombardier in Canada is seeking a Professional, Engineering - Project Engineering - Research & Technology to join a hybrid work environment. You will contribute to strategic technology projects from concept to service entry and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across design and engineering disciplines.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with 5–8 years in aerospace, and possess strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
• 5–8 years of aerospace industry experience are preferred.
• Experience in project engineering is an asset.
• Autonomy, results-driven mindset and strong work ethics valued.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in the program and project management of strategic technology projects.
• Support planning of design engineering activities from concept to entry into service of derivative or clean-sheet aircraft.
• Assist with problem-solving across all program and engineering disciplines.
• Work with a multidisciplinary team to develop and adhere to development milestones.
• Liaise with partners, collaborators and suppliers to ensure alignment and milestones.
• Provide visibility to management as needed on project status.
• Navigate ambiguity and bring structure to evolving initiatives.
