About the Role :

We are currently seeking a dependable and professional Class 1 Truck Driver to join our team for day shift pick-up and delivery operations. This role is ideal for individuals who are comfortable working independently, have strong time management skills, and are committed to safety and customer service.

What You’ll Do :

• Perform scheduled pick-ups and deliveries within assigned routes during day shift hours.
• Safely operate Class 1 vehicles in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Load and unload freight, ensuring accuracy and care in handling.
• Complete all required documentation and scanning using handheld devices.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers to ensure timely service.
• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of assigned vehicle.

What You’ll Need to Drive with Team Amour :

• Valid Class 1 License with no restrictions and a clean driver’s abstract.
• Proven ability to operate manual transmission trucks, with recent experience preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years driving a tractor-trailer or the completion of a 12-week training program with four (4) weeks Internship.
• Strong knowledge of local and regional routes.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Experience with freight handling and scanning equipment is an asset.
