Job Title: Professional, Business Intelligence Analyst - Bilingual
Job Description Summary: Assist senior analysts and operations leaders in data gathering and preliminary analysis to support strategic decisions. Create basic visualizations and reports using tools like Power BI and Excel. Work on defined tasks and projects with moderate supervision, to support ongoing business needs.
Responsibilities
- Assist senior analysts and operations leaders in data gathering and preliminary analysis to support strategic decisions.
- Create basic visualizations and reports using tools like Power BI and Excel.
- Engage in the End-to-End lifecycle of dashboards/reports, including interfacing with stakeholders to understand data flow and usage between applications.
- Support gathering requirements and solution design, and communicate effectively during the development phase.
- Lead or conduct UAT, troubleshooting and resolution; engage end users through education and engagement.
- Implement and manage cross-functional performance indicators (KPIs) to deliver insights and drive value through data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with Lead BI Consultant or Supervisor to plan and deliver analyses for operational management, including root cause analysis, impact assessment, and identifying process improvements.
- Package complex and ambiguous information into actionable insights.
- Leverage data structures to ensure a single source of truth; improve data availability by acting as a subject matter expert between cross-functional teams.
- Ensure data accuracy, timeliness and validation prior to presentation.
- Support business solution requirements and partner with development and application delivery teams on developing reports/dashboards for daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual KPI dashboards.
- Work closely with multi-department subject matter experts to support effective reporting and assist with testing for updates/improvements to existing business systems.
- Develop reference materials for mapping and cross-referencing, create methods for monitoring and reporting data incidents, and author SOPs and knowledge base content. Create playbooks around the role and deliverables.
- Actively promote a culture of collaboration and teamwork across organizational boundaries, and be willing to break down functional silos to drive measurable business results.
