Job summary

Alsco Uniforms in Canada is seeking a Feeder/Folder to support textile processing operations. The role involves grasping, sorting, grading textiles and folding or feeding into ironing equipment, while maintaining safety and efficiency.

You will stand for long periods, handle up to 25 lbs, and follow written packing instructions. This is a non-exempt production position with opportunities to work across production tasks as needed.

Job Summary

The Feeder/Folder continuously grasps, sorts and grades clean textiles and then either folds by hand or feeds into an ironer or folding machine for final finishing. Performs other tasks as required.

Typical Physical Activity

• Production areas of a typical industrial laundry facility, which includes variations in temperature, odors, humidity, lint and dust.
