Our client, Max Solutions, a local packaging producer located in Owen Sound, ON, are currently looking for production workers for night shift. Night Shifts run Sunday to Thursday from midnight to 8am. Duties may include folding cartons, working with gluing or print machines, trimming various print products and flower tags, and any other tasks as assigned. Full-Time non-rotating shift starting at $18.60 per hour for Nights.

About The Role

With potential to work on a variety of lines, workers will be using in-house technology to assist in the production of various packaging products. An eye for detail and an ability to use materials efficiently will be the keys to success in this role. Duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Preparing Die-Cut Flower Tags by Removing Excess Trim Using Hands
  • Transferring Die-Cut Sheets of Flower Tags, Weighing Less Than 10 lbs., From Nearby Skid to Staging Area
  • Organizing & Wrapping Elastics Around Trimmed Products
  • Placing Organized Products into Boxes for Shipment
  • Folding & Taping Corrugated Boxes & Packages
  • Completing Visual Inspection of Product to Ensure Quality Standards
  • Completing Department Related Paperwork in a Timely & Accurate Manner
  • Other Tasks as Assigned
