Job summary

SolutionAir Limited is expanding its Winnipeg manufacturing facility and seeks a reliable Shipper-Receiver-Forklift-5 Ton Truck Driver. You will support daily production by handling warehouse tasks, loading and unloading goods, and ensuring cargo is secured for transport.

A focus on safety, teamwork, and customer care is essential. Ideal candidates have 5-Ton driving experience, forklift/pallet jack skills, and a valid Manitoba Class 5 license.

Shipper-Receiver-Forklift-5 Ton Truck Driver

The position of a Shipper-Receiver-Forklift-5 Ton Truck Driver offers dynamic challengers in the day-to-day production of our systems components. We are looking for individuals who are team-driven and capable of working in a fast-paced production environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Performing warehouse duties as needed
• Driving a 5-Ton flat deck in a designated route with a curtain tarp system with automatic transmission.
• Loading and unloading cargo using forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Performing warehouse duties such as inventory management, order picking, and packing.
• Ensure that all cargo is properly secured during transport.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members.

The ideal candidate for this opportunity will have:

• Excellence in customer service.
• Commitment to working safely.
• Able to work unsupervised in a fast-paced environment.
• Applicants should be willing and able to perform shift work, as required.
• Good attendance, safety record and being a team player a must.
• Heavy lifting required.
• Must have a valid Manitoba Class 5 Driver’s License.
• 5-Ton Truck Driving experience needed
• Must have experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks
• Must be willing to undergo a background check
• Willing to do in-house training on different types of forklifts for company forklift license

Shift Time: Friday to Sunday; 7am – 7pm.

Hourly Rate: $20.77
