Job summary

TG Minto Corporation is seeking Production Team Members for Paint Assembly (P4) on the Day shift in Palmerston, Ontario. This full-time, on-site role offers starting wages and overtime opportunities in a dynamic automotive manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities include maintaining safety and quality, meeting hourly quotas, and documenting daily production while following established procedures. Shift timing is Day shift 7:00AM-3:30PM, with potential changes to meet production needs.

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting wages of $20.55/hr
• Paid overtime after 40/hours per week

• Shift Premiums ranging from +$0.40 to +$0.65 (Afternoon Shift) & +$1.00 (Night Shift)
• Paint Booth Premiums +$0.50 (in addition to Shift Premiums)

Requirements:
