Tim Hortons is hiring a Part-Time Production Team Member (Baker) at 434 Portage Avenue, Winnipeg, MB R3C 0C9. As a valued team member, your priority will be delivering quality baked goods and ensuring guest satisfaction. From producing the well-loved bakery items Tim Hortons is famous for, to creating exceptional guest experiences, this role is central to Canada’s favourite coffee and bake shop.

You will prepare bakery products and follow Tim Hortons standards and guidelines for food quality, safety, and equipment operation. This is a fast-paced and dynamic role where you’ll have the chance to grow with the company while keeping the brand’s tradition alive. Candidates must be available for specific weekend shifts and enjoy working in a collaborative, guest-focused environment.

About the role: Production Team Member (Baker)

In this role, you’ll be responsible for producing quality baked goods and prepared foods, following recipes and food preparation standards to ensure consistency and guest satisfaction. You’ll use kitchen equipment safely and in accordance with operating guidelines while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

As a Team Member, you’ll also interact with guests, making their day better through excellent service and care. Success in this position requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

⏰ Availability: Must live downtown and be available Saturdays 2:30 AM–10:30 AM, and Sundays 6:00 AM–2:00 PM
