ProMinent Group in Heidelberg, Germany, is seeking a Production Systems Assembler to join our tight-knit manufacturing team. You will fabricate chemical feed equipment, assemble components, and ensure accuracy against drawings while maintaining quality records.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in industrial PVC, SST tubing and PVDF piping, a technical degree, and the ability to lift 80 lbs and operate a crane or forklift. A proactive team player with strong blueprint-reading skills will excel.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Fabricate chemical feed equipment: pipe fitting, structural support, machining, assembly.
  • Verify manufacturing accuracy against drawings and blueprints.
  • Flag drawing inaccuracies to Lead Hand.
  • Maintain quality control and test records.
  • Hydro test completed systems.
  • Assist mounting electrical panels and wireways.
  • Enter stock movements in ZPARTS.
  • Pull parts from inventory for production orders.
  • Engage in ongoing training and certifications.

Based in Heidelberg, Germany, the ProMinent Group has over 50 years of experience developing and manufacturing components and systems for metering liquids and solutions for water treatment and water disinfection. About the Opportunity: Production Systems Assembler

We have an exciting opportunity for a technically skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our production team as a Production Systems Assembler. This is an excellent opportunity to use your experience to contribute to the growth and development of our team.

In this role you will be responsible to:

  • Fabricating chemical feed equipment, including pipe fitting, structural support, machining and assembly as required and directed by the project scope
  • Ensuring manufacturing accuracy against drawings and blueprints
  • Bringing inaccuracies or problems with drawings to the attention of the Lead Hand
  • Maintaining appropriate quality control and test records
  • Hydro testing of completed systems as required
  • Assisting with mounting of Electrical Panels and Wireways
  • Entering stock movements in ZPARTS
  • Pulling parts from inventory and bag for Production orders
  • Participating in continual training and development, including licensing and certifications as required
Qualifications & Experience:

Our ideal candidate will have 2-3years of experience in industrial PVC, SST tubing and PVDF piping, preferably in the water treatment industry. A degree or diploma in Technical field or equivalent work experience is required to excel in this position. You must be familiar and comfortable using a variety of tools, as well as possess the ability to measure accurately, and comfortable using a computer to access various software packages, ERP system and file servers. Experience with reading blueprints and shop drawings is also required. This position requires the ability to lift 80lbs and experience using crane and forklift to move heavy parts/equipment.

Additionally, you will have the ability to work in a productive and fast paced team environment, with minimal supervision. The capacity to handle, organize, and coordinate multiple projects at once will be paramount to your success in this role.
