They are looking to add a Production Supervisor to their team at their Saint-Eustache workshop.

Tasks
  • Oversee production to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely delivery.
  • Manage and coordinate operational teams (Cutting, Machining, Welding, Finishing) on a daily basis.
  • Plan and schedule activities based on project priorities and available capacities.
  • Monitor performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) related to cost, quality, and timelines.
  • Supervise associated logistics services: inventory, loading, and shipping.
  • Promote a positive work environment in the workshop, aligned with the company’s values.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives (LEAN, 5S) to streamline processes.
  • Ensure compliance with and promote health and safety standards (SST), while optimizing tools and management systems.
  • Perform any other related tasks as required.
