  • Direct and organize the production staff, managing schedules and workflow to consistently achieve output objectives.
  • Maintain rigorous quality assurance checks on finished slit goods, verifying conformance to all required specifications like weight and coding.
  • Provide on-the-floor support by operating or assisting with the slitting machines as required for coverage or process assistance.
  • Proactively identify and resolve equipment malfunctions to significantly reduce interruptions to the manufacturing flow.
  • Champion and enforce all established site safety regulations, fostering a culture of workplace security.
  • Guide the development of the workforce, empowering team members to excel in their assigned slitting roles.
