Job summary

Henkel Canada is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a unionized hourly production team within our Adhesive Technologies unit. You will coach staff, ensure efficient scheduling, and drive continuous improvements to productivity and cost control.

What you´ll do

• Production Supervisor will lead the team of unionized hourly plant production employees
• Support and train hourly production employees and serve as a mentor and coach to ensure the successful development of their own staff
• Ensures labor and production lines are being scheduled efficiently, accommodating sudden change or needs based on Customer demands
• Maintains focus on productivity, cost control, efficiencies and production improvements
• Monitor and generate reports on production related performance
• Encourage process improvements in all operational functions

The salary for this role is $70,000.00 - $75,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
