Job summary

Cabico is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a manufacturing team in Coaticook, Quebec. You will drive safety, quality, and productivity, coaching staff and coordinating with planning, engineering, and service teams to meet production targets.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of management experience in manufacturing, proficiency with Office 365, and a management degree. You will champion continuous improvement, foster a collaborative culture, and ensure timely deliveries in a fast-paced

Responsibilities

• Conduct floor walks and monitor sector performance.

• Lead daily production follow-up meetings with a customer-focused perspective.
• Manage HR and daily assignments; conduct departmental audits.
• Manage WIP with a global perspective and participate in CI projects.

• Manage the WIP (Work in Progress) of your department with a global perspective.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects within your department.
