Position Summary
The Supervisor is responsible for leading, motivating and coaching a team of production workers, andcoordinating and supervising the day-to-day activities of a production team to ensure that by the end of each shift they have collectively achieved their production schedule objectives and have met quality standards in an efficient, effective and timely manner in accordance with Health and Safety, Quality, Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement standards, policies and procedures. In addition, they are responsible for providing manufacturing guidelines and direction for all products.
