The Manufacturing Supervisor supports daily operations in our Woodstock precast concrete facility, ensuring production targets are met by maintaining and ensuring the efficient flow of materials throughout the production process. Through effective communication, determination and self-discipline, this role is responsible for planning, procurement, storage, and distribution of materials, components, and supplies needed for manufacturing operations. This role requires hands‑on leadership, knowledge in precast processes, and strong coordination with cross‑functional teams.
