In this Production Supervisor role, you will be crucial in managing daily production operations to meet organizational metrics for safety, quality, and output in a manufacturing setting. Responsibilities
  • Provide effective mentorship, coaching, and direction to the production team to achieve daily goals.
  • Implement established organizational policies and procedures, providing thoughtful recommendations for updates as needed.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as Quality, Safety, Maintenance, and Product Development to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor inventory and staffing levels to proactively meet demands and schedules.
  • Analyze and resolve moderately complex operational challenges, efficiently reporting on critical issues.Act as a key leader in overseeing the daily functions of the production area to meet all safety, quality, and output requirements as a Production Supervisor.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience in a related manufacturing process environment.
  • Proven supervisory or leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to foster teamwork and collaboration.
  • Strong working knowledge of production processes, principles, and concepts within a Skilled Trades setting.
  • Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Visio, Teams, and Outlook.Exceptional time‑management and organizational capabilities to simultaneously manage multiple tasks and projects.
  • Possession of a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, along with a solid mechanical aptitude and problem analysis skills.
