Job summary

PreciKam Inc. is seeking an experienced production/assembly technician in Montreal to handle the workflow from molded product to shipping. You will follow quality procedures and maintain a safe, clean work environment while performing high-precision assembly.

Minimum 3–5 years in production/high-precision assembly with basic CNC experience; ability to work with minimal supervision and follow instructions is essential. The role offers stable hours and opportunities within a growing team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or related work experience.
• Or equivalent experience judged by the hiring manager.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at your assigned workstation 5 minutes before start time for handover.
• Promote a safe and clean working environment by following company policies.
• Follow procedures as noted in standard operating procedures.
• Adhere to GDP (good documentation process).
• Assemble components following strict processes to complete the product.
• Bond and assemble parts for seamless final product.
• Intense visual inspections due to high aesthetic requirements.
• Accurately operate the weight scale.
• Perform advanced part inspections per quality guidelines.
• Log all scraped parts in Scrap Log Sheet and retain for QA verification.
• Ensure all boxes, bags or bins include an Inspection Report and a Work Order.
• Understand importance of procedures and consequences of non-compliance.
• Participate in training sessions and meetings as required.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Performs all tasks required from the point that the product is molded to the point that it is sent to shipping. Follows the quality procedures and maintains a safe and clean work environment.

Major Duties And Responsibilities

• Arrive at your assigned workstation 5 minutes before the start time to receive shift handover.
• Promote a safe and clean working environment by following established company policies and procedures.
• Be able to follow procedures as noted in the standard operating procedures.
• Be able to adhere to GDP (good documentation process).
• Following strict processes in the assembly of components to make a completed product.
• Seamless bonding and assembly of parts.
• Intense need for visual inspection due to the client's high aesthetic requirements.
• Accurately operate the weight scale.
• Perform advanced part inspections by following quality guidelines.
• Enter all scraped parts on the Scrap Log Sheet and retain the parts for verification by the quality dept.
• Ensure all boxes, bags or bins contain an Inspection Report and Work Order.
• Understand the importance of the job, and of the consequences for the product if procedures are not followed.
• Participate in all training sessions and meetings as required.
• Additional duties as assigned.
