In this role, you'll operate production machinery, conduct quality checks, and troubleshoot equipment. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, flexibility for shift rotations, and must meet Controlled Goods Clearance requirements. 3M is seeking Production Operators for its Manufacturing team located in Brockville, ON. The successful candidates will make an impact by operating production machinery and equipment throughout the plant, on any of several rotating shift structures, achieving target machine and productivity rates.
