Aspire Bakeries is hiring an Operator 3, Production at our Brantford, ON bakery. You will operate and monitor high-speed bakery production lines to ensure continuous production, product quality, and safety compliance.

This role requires handling setup, troubleshooting, and collaboration with quality teams. The position involves rotating continental shifts (days/nights) and demands basic data entry and strong adherence to food safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• 1-2 years operating automated machinery and production lines; troubleshooting minor fixes.
• Ability to work rotating continental schedule (days/nights).
• Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking.
• Experience with machine operating, troubleshooting, line setup/operating.
• Ability to safely operate equipment and perform manual lifting.
• Commitment to food safety, quality and workplace safety standards.

About the Role

We are seeking an Operator 3, Production to join our team at our Brantford, ON bakery. As an Operator 3, Production, you will be accountable for operating and monitoring high‑speed bakery production lines to ensure continuous production, consistent product quality, and adherence to safety and hygiene standards.

Shift & Schedule

• Hours: 6:45 AM – 7:00 PM / 6:45 PM – 7:00 AM
• Weekend availability: Required

Core Accountabilities (What You’ll Be Doing)

• Operate and monitor high‑speed bakery production lines to ensure efficient output and consistent product quality
• Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot production equipment to support continuous operations
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to maintain operational flow and standards
• Manage raw material availability at the production line to support uninterrupted production

Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table)

• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• 1-2 years of experience operating autmated machinery, production lines, troubleshooting minor fixes as Machine/production operator in manufacturing setting.
• Ability to work a rotating continental schedule, including days and nights
• Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking
• Must have machine operating, troubleshooting, line set-up/operating expereince.
• Ability to safely operate equipment and perform manual lifting as required
• Commitment to food safety, quality, and workplace safety standards

Preferred Qualifications (Extra Ingredients for Success)

• Previous production line experience in a food manufacturing environment
• Forklift operation experience or certification
• Experience working in high‑speed, continuous manufacturing environments
