We are hiring a motivated, organized, and energetic individual to join our team as an Operations & Production Intern for the Summer 2026 season. This role is perfect for someone looking to gain real management experience, learn how to run job sites, lead crews, and deliver high-quality results for clients in the Forest Hill / Cedarvale / Eglinton community.
You will work directly with the Branch Manager to coordinate residential painting projects, manage a small team, ensure job quality, and create an excellent client experience.
No previous painting experience required — we provide full training.
Oversee day-to-day operations on residential painting job sites
Lead and motivate a team of 8–12 painters
Maintain productivity, jobsite organization, and project timelines
Ensure quality workmanship and a clean, professional jobsite
Communicate with clients and uphold a high standard of customer care
Track hours, materials, and job progress in real time
Assist with setup, cleanup, and equipment management
Work closely with the Branch Manager to reach weekly production targets
Strong communicator who enjoys working with people
Organized, reliable, and responsible
Takes initiative and solves problems effectively
Positive attitude and ability to lead by example
Comfortable working outdoors and doing physical tasks
Interested in gaining leadership, operations, and management experience
Available full-time from May to August
