Weber Scientific, Inc. (Weber) is seeking a Production Manager to join our team!

Ideal Candidates Will Possess The Following
  • Degree in the field of Science or Engineering (with preference in Chemical Engineering)
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace tools (mail, Sheets, Docs, Slides) or equivalent. Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong mechanical and mathematical skills
  • Familiarity with process scale‑up, optimization, cleaning and validation activities preferred.
  • Ability to frequently lift up to 25 lbs and wear required PPE
  • Team‑oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service orientation

This person will be responsible for the definition, implementation and optimization of manufacturing processes and systems, aiming at full adherence to pre‑established schedules while managing internal resources (people & equipment) and fulfilling customer requirements.

The pay range for this position is $95,000 – $130,000 annually.

This is a full‑time position and is eligible for the following benefits after a brief waiting period: medical, dental, vision, life/AD&D insurance, long‑ and short‑term disability insurance, health and dependent care FSA plans, employee assistance program, 15 days of paid time off per year for sick leave and/or vacation, 6 paid holidays per year, 3 days paid bereavement leave, and 401(k).

The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, from 7:00 am–5:30 pm (with some on‑call required).

This position requires regular on‑site presence at our lab in Hamilton, New Jersey (remote work is not available).
