The Production Manager – Agglomeration will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence within the agglomeration area. This position is accountable for ensuring world‑class standards in safety, quality, and efficiency while leading a skilled team of operators and process engineers. Beyond day‑to‑day oversight, the role is instrumental in supporting commissioning and ramp‑up activities, optimizing processes, and delivering reliable performance that aligns with Vianode’s commitment to innovation and sustainability.

What You’ll Be Driving

Key responsibilities include:

  • Operational Oversight: Manage agglomeration equipment and process control systems to ensure consistent and reliable production.
  • Safety Leadership: Uphold and enforce safety standards for thermal and chemical operations, fostering a strong safety culture across the team.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with quality requirements, including PPAP documentation, for agglomerated materials.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop operators and process engineers, providing guidance and support for agglomeration activities.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously refine process parameters to achieve desired granule strength, uniformity, and overall product quality.
  • Commissioning Support: Actively participate in commissioning and ramp‑up of agglomeration systems, ensuring smooth integration into production workflows.
What You’ll Need to Stand‑out
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in production management within industrial or chemical processing environments.
  • Strong technical knowledge of synthetic graphite manufacturing processes and thermal treatment technologies.
  • Proven track record in plant commissioning and ramp‑up activities.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
