Our Atlas location in Saint John is looking to fill the role of Production Manager that oversees two shifts with a growing operations.

• Computer skills are considered an asset.
• Carpentry or framing experience is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Assists on maintaining consistent daily production output regardless of complexities of individual projects.
• Responsible for ensuring employee safety, producing quality products, and using resources efficiently.
• Communicates information and priorities to the team.
• Lead team by following procedures and demonstrating safe work behaviors.
• Work alongside the team to assemble wood components depending on project needs.
• Meet or exceed production targets.
• Manage employee performance, identify training opportunities, and develop talent to align with future business requirements.
• Support the Plant Manager in business growth and operational development.
