Your Missions :

Responsibilities

• Propose ideas to improve productivity and take accountability for their workspace; ensure daily activities meet the appropriate specifications for the production of animal vaccines (harvesting, purification and aseptic filling activities).
• Carry out manufacturing operations in accordance with procedures, in compliance with HSE standards, productivity targets and quality standards (GMP, hygiene).
• Propose ideas to improve productivity and own their environment (workstations organization, quality and safety).
• Perform daily activities of the laboratory and ensure they meet specifications; participate in the construction of the new documentation system and the validation of the equipment and processes (clean zone, autoclaves, centrifuge, tangential flow filtration system).
• Set up daily Tier 1 work in coordination with the production schedule; execute production planning and report quality standards.
• Inform and escalate issues or deviations when necessary; monitor and improve activity continuously.
• Close and control work orders; complete processing, documentation and cleaning in an aseptic area.
• Work independently, complete daily tasks accurately and efficiently; collect samples from tanks, surfaces and environment.
• Perform equipment and instrument calibrations according to established procedures; identify and report irregularities.
• Review production batch records; respect operating time yield standards; analyze variances and propose action plans.
• Write and update SOPs; apply all standards (environment, quality, safety/HSE, aseptic, cost).
• Perform In-Process Controls (IPC); complete and check batch reports; raise alerts for dangerous situations or QA deviations.
• Run internal audits; participate in writing new SOPs and Batch Production Records; ensure 5S standards are maintained.
• Follow all health and safety rules and regulations; participate in the validation process with guidance.
• Ensure CPS standards are applied on assigned workstations; update and monitor performance indicators, analyze gaps and implement resolutions.
• Propose and implement ideas for improvement (short/medium term); carry out process confirmation as provided by planning.
• Ensure compliance with performance and workshop storage standards; escalate when needed.
• Ensure first level maintenance and changeovers (clean machines and keep them in good condition); escalate deviations as needed.
• Act as a responder for incoming spill calls and be part of the spill response team.
• Suggest small CAPEX investments to improve performance (below 5K€); participate in site/department projects and continuous improvement workshops.
• Share good practices and train temporary workers and/or junior operators; own personal development and suggest trainings to supervisors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
