Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of two years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated understanding of COMMWIP or Lean Six Sigma waste elimination.
• Willingness to work any assigned shift, including weekends, as required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all work instructions and policies.
• Assess staffing levels to meet daily production targets.
• Provide job instruction training (JIT) to team members.
