Overview

Admiral Beverage is looking for a self driven candidate to join our production team in Pleasant View, UT where we produce and distribute Name brand beverage products you know and love.

Primary Location: Ogden, Utah

Forklift Operator

As a member of our Production team, you will play a key role in safely ensuring the efficient handling, storage, and distribution of our products.

  • Safely operate electric or LPG fueled lift equipment in compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the overall operation of the palletizer, and ensure efficiency with product change overs.
  • Fix machine failures or escalate issues to appropriate team members for timely resolution.
  • Responsible for accurate inventory counts of all raw and finished product and materials.
  • Transport or stage material to designated areas as needed for production.
  • Lubricates truck, recharges batteries, or replaces liquefied gas tank.
  • Wears company provided uniform and PPE in compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Routinely complete Food Safety and GMP training as scheduled.
  • Other duties may be assigned by the immediate supervisor or other supervisor at any time.
Education and/or Experience
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
  • Previous Forklift experience preferred.
  • CO2 Filling Operator, Forklift operator certified or willing to obtain.
Physical Demands
  • The employee must regularly lift and/or move unaided up to 60 pounds and exert force of up to 100 pounds to lift or move objects with the aid of a manual lifting device.
  • The employee is occasionally exposed to precarious places, outside weather conditions, and pressurized containers.
