We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Coordinator who possesses strong administrative and diplomatic skills and has demonstrated success in project management, executive support and improving administrative processes. Reporting to the Executive Director, Marketing & Communications, this role provides direct administrative and calendar support while coordinating schedules and production calendars of the creative team, ensuring collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to support and promote the office’s strategic objectives.
The ideal candidate will be accountable, courteous, efficient and proactive, ensuring tasks are completed in a professional and effective manner. They will be passionate about organization, coordination, and administration. They will be a collaborative team player contributing to the department through building positive relationships and acting with curiosity.
