TTM Technologies, Inc. in Ontario, Canada is seeking a Production Control Clerk for the Afternoon shift (03:00 PM – 11:15 PM) to support the production floor with CRP releases, material shortages, and work order updates.

You should have strong English communication, excellent computer skills, and experience with Word and Excel; PCB manufacturing experience is an asset. Post-secondary experience or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Excellent Computer skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel.
• Above average data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Based on CRP report, release jobs to the floor as per schedule.
• Review Material Shortage report and release jobs when material becomes available.
• Updates and maintain Work Orders based on requests from Engineering.
• Assist with re-printing/replacing travelers.
• Pulling spares from storage.
• Any other clerical tasks to support Production.

_ Scope :_The Production Control Clerk assists with all clerical aspects within Production Control Department.

Schedule: Monday - Friday

_ Shift: _ Afternoon Shift (03:00 PM - 11:15 PM)

_ Duties and Responsibilities :_

• Based on CRP report, release jobs to the floor as per schedule
• Review Material Shortage report and release jobs when material becomes available.
• Updates and maintain Work Order’s based on specific request from Engineering.
• Assist with re-printing/replacing travelers.
• Pulling spares from storage
• Any other clerical tasks as required to support Production.
