JBS Canada is seeking a Production Clerk for the Belleville, Ontario facility. The role supports purchasing, inventory, receiving, and production operations, with on-site work Sunday to Thursday afternoons.
You will review and enter receiving documentation into SAP and maintain records related to purchasing, inventory, and scheduling. Qualifications include a college diploma in Business or Operations Management and 0–2 years of related experience in manufacturing or food processing.

The Production Clerk provides administrative and clerical support for purchasing, inventory, receiving, and production operations. The Production Clerk is responsible for reviewing and entering receiving documentation into company systems, assisting with the verification of receiving paperwork for accuracy and compliance, and ensuring production, inventory, and supply records are complete and up to date. The role supports raw material receiving and inventory processes by maintaining documentation in accordance with HACCP requirements and customer specifications, assisting with orders for dry goods and production supplies, and compiling reports related to inventory, purchasing, scheduling, and service levels.
NOTE: This position will be on-site located in Belleville, Ontario, and works a Sunday to Thursday afternoon schedule.
