Job description

POSITION: Production Associate II REPORTS TO: Manager, Production

WAGE: $21.63 per hour

We are looking for a skilled Production Associate II to join the team! You will be a great fit if you are a friendly and hardworking team player who is eager to take on new challenges! This role is physically demanding as you will be working in a fast-paced environment that involves repetitive tasks, bending, crouching, lifting, and standing for extended periods. The environment is highly dynamic, so you need to be able to learn new machinery and equipment and easily adjust to changing process. Thinking on your feet will be critical to be successful in the role. You must be open to a variety of tasks, including occasional cleaning, as well as schedules that are based on the changing project needs.

  • You are able to lift up to 75lbs for short distances

  • You are able to follow processes and work diligently with minimal supervision
Skills & Experience
  • You understand production principles, processes and equipment
  • You understand time, temperature, pressure and other monitoring devices
  • You have excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Nice-to-Have
  • Certified/experience on Forklift
