Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day operations of production.
  • Prep, record, and document internal reviews.
  • Manage daily team check-ins to ensure workload is manageable.
  • Assist in preparing for client deliveries.
  • Document and distribute clear notes in a timely manner.
  • Convey new assets or publishes needed to the team.
  • Manage file versioning software.
  • Document action points from project leadership meetings.
  • Maintain accurate project-related documentation.
  • Work on budgeting, scheduling, or task-tracking requests.

What you'll do
  • Supports the Production Coordinator, Production Manager, and project Leadership with day-to-day operations.
  • Assist in prepping, recording, and documenting the team’s internal reviews in a time-sensitive manner.
  • Oversee daily check-ins with the team to make sure the workload is manageable, including following up on new assignments or letting the Production Coordinator/Leads know of potential schedule issues.
  • Assist the Production Coordinator in preparing for client deliveries and maintaining regular communication with the client.
  • Take, track, and distribute clear and concise notes to the appropriate parties in a timely manner.
  • Support the PC in regularly conveying to the team when there are new assets or publishes needed.
  • Communicate team sick time or holidays to the Production Coordinator/ Team Leads, as well as document it.
  • Help manage any file versioning software we’re responsible for, both internally and externally.
  • Assist with attending project leadership meetings, including documenting any action points or potential concerns.
  • Help maintain all project-related documentation and ensure it’s accurate for the entire Studio.
  • Work alongside the project's full production team in any budgeting, scheduling, or task-tracking request made.
  • Contribute to team efforts and perform additional tasks to support department goals as needed.
Qualifications
  • Shotgrid experience is required, Jira/Confluence and Perforce.
  • Customer Service or Outsourced Client experience.
  • Animation project management experience is required.
  • Analytical and problem-solving aptitude.
  • Creative and innovative.
  • Proactive, dynamic, and diplomatic.
  • Result-oriented and works well under pressure.
  • Flexibility and ability to multitask.
  • Passion for video games.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English.
