REPORTS TO: Senior Production Manager
JOB CATEGORY: Full-time fixed term contract, Effective March 1 until September 2026 with possibility of extension
POSITION SUMMARY: Leading domestic production processes to ensure synchronization in all production cycles, bringing high levels of execution and respecting the required quality and timelines.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: The essential duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
  • Handle the golf balls from the DC department to the printing room according to the daily priorities.
  • Build the production files with logos for each batch (LogojetTM Printer software).
  • Test print and approve logo quality.
  • Work with production artist on any art revision necessary.
  • Operate and maintain the golf balls printer.
  • Keep the workstations and equipment used in good condition (cleanness) and report any maintenance needs.
  • Observe all the goods practices in terms of Health & Safety matters.
SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a production environment or promotional material printing.
  • Experience in a Customer Service environment is an asset.
  • Computer literacy is mandatory (minimum intermediate level MS-Excel, MS-Word.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate with employees across the organization.
  • Able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds, sometimes multiple times in a day.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Organized and disciplined.
  • Able to perform routine tasks for extended periods.
  • Meticulous and detail oriented.
  • Able to work extra hours when required.
  • Bilingual is an asset.
  • Secondary school diploma will be preferred.
Schedule & Conditions
  • On-site job function
  • Monday to Friday, 40-hours per week with occasional overtime on evenings or weekends as needed
  • This is a full-time, fixed-term contract, effective March 1, 2026 until September 30, 2026, with the possibility of extension.
