They are seeking a motivated Production Assistant to join their dynamic production team and support the day-to-day operations of their growing fashion house.

Responsibilities
  • Support the production team with administrative and operational tasks.
  • Track and monitor the status of production orders, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Communicate with suppliers, contractors, and internal departments to follow up on materials, samples, and production schedules.
  • Assist with preparing and updating production reports, purchase orders, and technical documentation.
  • Review samples for accuracy in style, quality, and specifications.
  • Coordinate deliveries of fabrics, trims, and finished garments.
  • Help resolve production issues or delays by providing timely updates to the team.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and production timelines.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a production, fashion, or apparel environment an asset.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English; French is an asset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
