Job summary

Innovasea is seeking a Production Assembler in Bedford, NS to join a team building acoustic transmitters and assembling tiny electronics and mechanical parts. You will work under a microscope, learn processes for multiple products, and participate in continuous improvement while maintaining quality and safety standards.

The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and the ability to learn and operate machinery with a detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent experience and capability.
• Proficient with Windows operating system.
• Basic computing skills: Email and file/folder navigation.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work on repetitive tasks.
• Work well in a team environment, as well as use your own initiative.
• Operate with safety as a priority.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Adaptable to change.
• Ability to learn and operate machinery.
