Overview

Assemble CNC-machined parts and components according to engineering drawings, work instructions, and assembly guidelines. Perform basic fitting, drilling, tapping, deburring, and alignment of components where required. Inspect parts for dimensional accuracy, defects, and proper finish before and during assembly. Use hand tools, power tools, gauges, and measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, height gauges). Verify part numbers, quantities, and materials before assembly. Perform basic troubleshooting and adjustments to ensure proper fit and functionality. Maintain cleanliness and organization of assembly workstations. Follow production schedules to meet delivery timelines. Work closely with CNC machining, quality control, and engineering teams for issue resolution. Comply with all safety procedures and company standards.
