This delivery role emphasizes hands-on building, deploying, and scaling AI workflows, with a focus on tangible outcomes, rapid cycles (6–12 weeks), and collaboration with North American and international teams.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering AI or ML solutions into production environments.
• Experience with large language models (LLMs), agent-based systems, or intelligent workflow automation.
• Ability to work with real-world, messy data across multiple systems and environments.
• Experience integrating with APIs, enterprise platforms, and distributed data sources.
• Strong understanding of moving from proof of concept to scalable, production-ready systems.
• Comfort working directly with clients, including managing expectations in delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Designing and deploying AI-driven workflows using LLMs and agent-based architectures.
• Collaborating with clients to connect and contextualise distributed data sources without heavy data ingestion.
• Building context layers reflecting business rules and operational processes.
• Developing production-ready solutions that integrate with enterprise environments.
• Guiding projects through full lifecycle from use case definition to deployment and adoption.
• Managing complex delivery scenarios including change management and stakeholder alignment.
• Supporting rapid delivery cycles, typically delivering working solutions within 6 to 12 weeks.
• Identifying additional use cases and opportunities within existing clients.
