Job summary

Best Buy Canada’s Service Center in Langley, BC is seeking a Product Tester to verify the functionality of consumer electronics, including computers, phones, wearables and peripherals. You will un-box/re-box items, track status in Windows systems, and assist with packing and logistics tasks on a 32-hour minimum week with weekend flexibility.

Prior DIY repair or testing experience is a plus; a High School Diploma is required.

Qualifications

• Testing electronics to identify defects and verify operation.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness during handling.
• Proficiency with Windows-based programs for tracking and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Test consumer electronics (computers, laptops, cell phones, wearables, cameras, etc.) for defects or proper operation.
• Perform data wiping and reformatting as needed; track status in computer systems.
• Un-box and re-pack products to sell-ready condition; assist with material handling tasks.
• Operate pallet jack and support movement of products between locations as required.
• Assist with other testing, packaging, or logistics duties as assigned.
