The Opportunity

Prospect and source new customer opportunities within a defined territory through the development of a Strategic Prospecting Plan. Acquire extensive knowledge of Wajax’s product offerings to provide expert advice and product solutions tailored to client needs.

The Role

  • Manage customer satisfaction within the existing territory.
  • Identify and resolve issues promptly.
  • Respond to phone inquiries and demands from both established and prospective clients.
  • Meet and exceed all sales targets set monthly and annually.
  • Assist in creating and submitting bids for national customer opportunities.
  • Coordinate with manufacturers, internal departments, and suppliers to track order status and ensure timely delivery.

The Candidate

  • Education: College diploma or post-secondary education.
  • Work Experience: 2-3 years in sales, marketing, or related business fields.
  • Knowledge: Heavy equipment knowledge is an asset; familiar with IMPACT selling process; valid driver’s license required.
  • Proficiency: Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
