Skechers is hiring a Sales Associate to join our team in Ontario. In this entry-level role, you will deliver personalized customer service, assist with retail sales goals, and help maintain a welcoming, organized store.

The position offers on-the-job training, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for advancement within the Skechers brand. You will assist customers in selecting products, handle cashier duties, and stay informed about Skechers footwear, apparel, and accessories to drive sales

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Engage with customers to provide personalized advice on Skechers products, making sure each customer walks away with the perfect choice.
• Retail Sales Goals: Actively contribute to achieving store and individual sales goals. You’ll develop your skills in retail sales and learn about our product offerings.
• Store Operations: Keep the store organized, restock shelves, and manage merchandise, with occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Cashier Duties: Handle cashier responsibilities, processing payments accurately for a great final impression.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed on Skechers latest footwear, apparel, and accessories to boost sales.
• Team Collaboration: Work with colleagues to create an inviting store environment.
