Reporting to the VP Digital Experience and Transformation, the Product Owner will lead the development and prioritization of Salesforce applications built on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud. This role is focused on maximizing business value from the delivery team’s capacity. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across product, finance, clinical, sales, and customer service to ensure the roadmap aligns with business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and evolve the Salesforce product roadmap, prioritizing enhancements that drive revenue and improve client experience.
  • Manage the product backlog: create, refine, and prioritize user stories based on business needs.
  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the delivery team.
  • Lead agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand‑ups, retrospectives, demos) as required
  • Collaborate with developers, admins, BAs, and QAs (onshore and offshore) to design scalable, low‑debt solutions.
  • Facilitate decision‑making with stakeholders by presenting solution options, impact assessments, and proof‑of‑concepts.
  • Run Salesforce steering committee meetings and negotiate development priorities.
  • Monitor and report on roadmap progress and backlog status to stakeholders and the Executive Team.
  • Support change management by presenting demos, impact assessments, and facilitating cross‑functional planning sessions.
  • Manage vendor relationships and budgets related to Salesforce development.
What We’re Looking For
  • 4+ years of experience in a Product Owner role, ideally with a background in program management.
  • Experience in digital product ownership; Salesforce experience is preferred but not required.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high‑impact outcomes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business‑friendly language.
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive.
