Qualifications

• Five+ years of information technology experience, including at least two years in product ownership or an equivalent role.
• Hands-on product management experience including discovery, roadmap development, value-based prioritization, incremental delivery, and benefits measurement.
• Ability to interpret usage data to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Experience using generative AI in product activities or the software development lifecycle.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or comparable backlog management tools in an Agile environment.
• Advanced proficiency in French and intermediate proficiency in English for cross-Canada communications.

Working closely with the ecosystem's Product Manager, business partners, and technology teams, you will help define priorities, evolve the roadmap, and achieve targeted business outcomes. You will turn complex needs into high-value solutions by balancing user expectations, technology constraints, delivery capacity, and improvement opportunities.

What you'll accomplish with us

• Define and evolve the product roadmap in partnership with business and technology teams.
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize user and stakeholder needs to maximize business value.

• Demonstrates the ability to interpret usage and operational data to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Has hands-on experience using generative artificial intelligence in product activities or the software development lifecycle.
• Is familiar with Azure DevOps or a comparable backlog management tool and is comfortable working in an Agile environment.
• Has advanced proficiency in French and intermediate proficiency in English, as the role involves communicating monthly by email and telephone with English-speaking vendors across Canada.
