This industry-leading consumer goods delivery company in Downtown Montreal is looking for a Product Owner.

Responsibilities
  • Product Backlog Management: Manage, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog for the robotic labeling software, balancing the needs of diverse stakeholders (Operations, Development, Sales, and Clients) while managing dependencies.
  • Requirements Definition: Participate in defining and translating complex business requirements into clear, actionable user stories for the development pods.
  • Agile Execution & Delivery: Work daily with development pods to facilitate the implementation, testing, and deployment of resilient and scalable features within an Agile environment.
  • Performance Monitoring: Implement monitoring solutions to measure application performance and analyze usage data (Analytics, application logs) to drive continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary link between technical teams and business units, managing scope and expectations throughout the lifecycle—from feature identification to production delivery—ensuring all parties have a consistent view of timelines and deliverables.
Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years in a similar Product Owner role within a software development environment.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Product Management, or a relevant field.
  • Methodology: Strong knowledge of the Agile product development process and experience working with development pods.
  • Domain Expertise: Experience and interest in complex B2B applications; experience with operations, logistics technologies, or industrial automation is a strong asset.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex dependencies.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French are required.
