Product Owner

Are you a passionate and experienced Product Owner seeking a challenging and rewarding career opportunity? Solutions Metrix is searching for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team!

The ideal candidate is always looking for ways to improve a product or service to make it better, faster, and more user-friendly. You are responsible for producing technology solutions from concept to delivery that satisfy customer needs in alignment with our overall strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and prioritize product development and product feature backlog
  • Develop detailed product feature specifications and ensure they’re clearly understood by relevant teams
  • Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work aligns with product strategy
  • Mitigate roadblocks to achieving sprint/release goals
  • Lead the product‑release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities
  • Serve as product ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge and answering questions
  • Build a product pricing strategy with the revenue teams and other stakeholders
  • Build a GTM strategy for the product in alignment with sales and marketing
  • Contribute to product documentation, demo environments, and other enabling material
  • Responsible for the overall quality of the delivered products
  • Manage the entire cycle from conceptualization to deployment of product lifecycle
  • Provide support to existing customers on the product needs
  • Build a product roadmap for the product’s
  • Responsible for gathering requirements from the clients
About you
  • Five or more years of experience in product development, product management and/or business analysis, especially in Finance, Banking or Credit Union industries
  • In-depth knowledge of agile methodology for product development
  • Experience in customer experience/CRM implementation
  • Experience with products sold through a marketplace
  • Understanding of business value related to features and functions
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
  • Sharp analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to effectively manage conflicting needs of stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in related discipline
  • Proficiency with applicable product management tools and technology
